Job summary

Stryker Endoscopy is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive adoption of visualization and minimally invasive surgical solutions. You will partner with surgeons, nurses, and staff to educate on product use, support evaluations in ORs, and represent the Endoscopy line at events.

This role requires field sales experience, strong communication, and travel. Join a globally recognized leader in medical technology and contribute to improving patient outcomes through innovative visualization

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in outside sales (medical experience preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or five years of commercial sales/medical field experience including OR exposure.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Endoscopy products within approved indications.
• Educates doctors and staff on proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• May assist in trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress.
• Solves product issues expeditiously for customers.
• May assist in training and development of sales personnel.
