Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Hospital – College Station, TX seeks a Nursing Supervisor for the Endoscopy Lab. Lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain a safe, efficient environment for diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures.

Day shift (7:30–16:00) with on-call coverage; 40 hrs/wk. Requires RN license, BSN preferred, BLS within 30 days of hire. Join a not-for-profit system dedicated to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

Your role as Nursing Supervisor involves supervising healthcare professionals and ensuring high patient care levels. Maintain a safe environment and nurture nursing practice to improve patient outcomes. Oversee operations, productivity, and resource distribution to meet department priorities.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree Required
• MAJOR - Nursing
• EXPERIENCE - (2) Two Years of Experience
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.
