Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Marble Falls, TX is seeking a Nursing Operating Room Supervisor to lead a skilled team delivering safe, compassionate care.

You will oversee operations, budgets, policy planning, and quality initiatives, while advocating for staff and patients and promoting evidence-based practice. This role requires RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and at least 2 years of OR leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• RN license required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing leadership experience.
