Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Hospital – College Station, TX seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead the Endoscopy Lab. In this role you will supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and oversee daily operations to optimize safety and efficiency.

The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, RN licensure, and at least two years of nursing experience, with BLS either already held or obtained within 30 days of hire. This on-site role supports a busy GI suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care across units.
• Maintain safe patient care environments and optimize department operations.
• Oversee productivity, staffing, and resource distribution to meet endoscopy lab priorities.

Day Shift (7:30 – 16:00), On Call schedule

Call Requirement

As need for gap coverage, 30 minute response time

Patient Population

All endoscopy patients, including diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal procedures.
