Job summary
Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is seeking aProcedural Endoscopy Nurse to join a busy endoscopy team. This role offers a 0.6 FTE with 8 or 10 hour day shifts and nights and weekend call.
The pay range is $50.72–$90.17 hourly, with a strong training opportunity in GI and pulmonary endoscopy procedures and pain service injections. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, WA RN license (compact state OK), BLS/ACLS, and 1 year of hospital bedside nursing.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing, required; BSN preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
- Healthcare provider BLS and ACLS Certification required.
- One year of hospital bedside nursing experience required.
- One to two years’ experience working with Diagnostic and Therapeutic Endoscopy procedures.
- Note: rhythm assessment may be required in first week for units with cardiac rhythm competency.
Responsibilities
- Assist with endoscopy procedures in GI and pulmonary services and provide nursing support.
- Assist with injections for the physiatry (pain) service line.
