Job summary

Gastroenterology Associates Endoscopy Center in Washington is hiring a Registered Nurse Endoscopy for a full-time, on-site role. The RN will plan, direct, and coordinate all nursing care for pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patients, ensuring high-quality care and patient advocacy.

Starting pay is $44.00–$66.00 per hour, depending on experience. USPI-supported ASC environment with comprehensive benefits and a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school.
• 1+ year RN experience; endoscopy experience preferred.
• Current RN license to practice in Washington.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient needs.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for pre-, intra- and post-procedure patients.
• Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive care during patient visits.
• Coordinate total patient care with the health care team.
• Advocate for patients according to the Patient's Bill of Rights.
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability in nursing practice.

Gastroenterology Associates Endoscopy Center has an immediate need for a full-time Registered Nurse Endoscopy.

At Gastroenterology Associates Endoscopy Center , we believe health and care are inseparable. We are a fast-paced, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service oriented environment.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse Endoscopy has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre-, intra- and post procedure patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. Utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive nursing care during the patient visit. Coordinates total patient care in coordination with other health care team members. Functions as a patient advocate utilizing the Patient's Bill of Rights. Demonstrates professional growth and development by accepting responsibility and accountability for one's nursing practice.

• Monday-Friday work schedule
• NO nights, NO weekends and NO holiday work
• NO call required

Starting Pay Range: **** $44.00 - $66.00/hour, depending on experience
