The RN will provide direct patient care in adherence to physician orders and legal nursing practices. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, documentation, life support situations, and participation in quality improvement. Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree, RN license in Washington, and relevant certifications. This hourly position offers a competitive pay range of $40.00 - $50.00, along with a $3,000 hiring bonus.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN license in Washington State required.
IV therapy and Moderate Sedation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Assesses and evaluates patient needs.
Documents care and maintains confidentiality.
Initiates life support measures when necessary.
Skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate
IV therapy experience
Moderate Sedation experience
Education
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Current RN license to practice in Washington
Current BLS certification
ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire
