Job summary

Fremont Endoscopy Center in Seattle is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy to join our dedicated team. The RN will deliver high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, treatment, and evaluation, with emphasis on safety, compassion, and individualized attention.

This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no on-call, nights, or holidays, and a benefits package including PTO, 401k, holidays, and health accounts. WA licensure and BLS/ALS/PALS are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state of WA.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1+ years' experience in PreOP/PACU preferred.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred.
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS accredited by AHA.
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed.
• Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Under the general supervision of the Administrator, the Registered Nurse is entrusted with delivering high-quality patient care through a structured process that includes comprehensive assessment, meticulous planning, effective treatment, and thorough evaluation.
• The RN educates patients and their families, empowering them to make informed health decisions and manage care with confidence.
• Monday-Friday work schedule.
• NO call required, NO Nights, NO Holidays.
