Job summary

Centerpoint - Georgetown is seeking an Endoscopy RN to join our team in a full-time day shift. You will deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and quality in endoscopy procedures within a busy hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active Kentucky RN license, an Associate's Degree in Nursing, and ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications within six months of hire. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

Current Kentucky or compact state RN license required.
Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school required.
ACLS, BLS & PALS certifications due within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Performs plan of care including meds, specimen collection and clinical treatments.
Documents patient care provided.
Monitors and communicates patient status to care team, physician, patient and family.
Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
Coordinates patient transfer, discharge, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Advocates for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
