Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Med/Surg RN at Centerpoint - Georgetown, part of our national network. The role features a 3x12 schedule (7a–7p) with rotating weekends and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.

Join our team to deliver high-quality patient care in a busy inpatient unit with 20 private rooms and a focus on overall recovery and well-being. Must hold KY RN license and an associate degree, with BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current KY license or compact state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and nursing care needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other hospital staff to coordinate care.
• Document patient observations and care provided accurately.
• Educate patients and families about condition and care needs.
