Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN to join the Endoscopy team for a 13-week assignment. The role focuses on nursing care for endoscopic and invasive procedures, with emphasis on patient safety, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Required are current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and experience with GI equipment. Day shift, typical 9-hour shifts, with potential departmental float as needed.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
• Experience with GI equipment and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic and invasive procedures.
• Collaborate with perioperative team to assess patient needs and procedure requirements.
• Document assessments, nursing plans, and changes in status clearly and timely.
• Maintain aseptic technique and manage equipment and inventory appropriately.
