Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a motivated Endoscopy Registered Nurse for the Capital City Surgery Center of Florida in Tallahassee. The RN will provide quality perioperative patient care in a fast-paced outpatient ASC environment.

The role requires an unrestricted RN license, a nursing degree, and 1–3 years of experience (preferably in ASC). Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted License in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1–3 years' prior experience preferred.
• Ambulatory Surgical Center experience strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of surgical procedures and perioperative patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with staff, patients, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care using the nursing process and care plans.
• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-family centered perioperative care.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and anesthesia to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain aseptic technique and infection control throughout procedures.
