Norton Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy unit, rotating between Norton Brownsboro Hospital and the outpatient Norton Surgical Center on the Norton Brownsboro campus. You will participate in nursing care for endoscopy patients, focusing on safety, comfort, and effective communication with families.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, staff mentorship, and collaboration within a governance framework.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or higher (Diploma/Associate's/Bachelor's)
• Registered Nurse license valid in Kentucky (KY)
• No experience required for full-time/part-time; PRN needs 1 year RN/LPN inpatient experience

Responsibilities

• Rotate shifts between Norton Brownsboro Hospital and Norton Surgical Center on the Norton Brownsboro campus.
• Provide safe, patient- and family-centered care guided by evidence-based practice.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff and mentor junior nurses.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the Swanson model of care.
• Support education and professional development and participate in governance activities.
