Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled registered nurse to join our endoscopy team in Illinois for a 13-week assignment. The RN will assist with pre-procedure screening, intra-procedure care, and recovery, including moderate sedation under physician supervision.

Candidates should have at least two years of GI/nursing experience and an active IL RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications. You will work daytime shifts, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of relevant nursing experience.
• Active IL RN license with BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications.
• Proficient in pre-procedure assessment, intra-procedure monitoring, and recovery care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after endoscopy procedures.
• Perform assessments and prepare patients for GI procedures such as colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.
• Administer moderate sedation under physician supervision.
• Document nursing care accurately and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety.
