Job summary

Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Endoscopy. This full-time role offers a 36-hour week with rotating start times (7:00–8:00 AM) and includes every 3rd weekend, rotating Saturdays every 6 weeks, and on-call obligations. Must reside within 30 minutes of the hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current IL RN license.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with plan to enroll in BSN within four years.
• Current AHA CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient-centered care across the continuum.
• Deliver care using evidence-based practice and clinical decision making.
• Assist in evacuation and respond to emergencies.
• Work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts; on-call may be required.
