Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Endoscopy RN PRN to supervise nursing staff on shift, coordinating patient care and ensuring quality service. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and other clinical staff to implement effective care plans.

The RN will perform nursing assessments, participate in planning and delivering patient care, and support a safe, efficient endoscopy unit environment. A valid RN license and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on area.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• BSN degree preferred; active RN licensure required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for coordinating patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Apply the nursing process to patient assessments, planning, and interventions.
