Job summary

Baptist Medical Center South is seeking an RN Endoscopy PRN to supervise nursing activities on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality patient care. Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, BLS, and a BSN is preferred. The role requires strong teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing activities on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in patient care planning and implementation.
• May have additional duties within scope of role.
