Baptist Health is seeking an Endoscopy RN PRN to supervise nursing staff on shift, coordinating patient care and ensuring quality service. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and other clinical staff to implement effective care plans.
The RN will perform nursing assessments, participate in planning and delivering patient care, and support a safe, efficient endoscopy unit environment. A valid RN license and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on area.

The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for the general supervision and coordination of activities of nursing personnel on shift, and during weekends and holidays, in order to ensure quality and continuity of patient care This individual will utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of care interventions. The RN will collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
Degree in Nursing required, BSN degree preferred.
Active RN licensure required, BLS required, Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc) may be required depending upon area assigned
