Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Alabama RN license or valid multistate license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers patient care in acute care or similar setting.
• Develops and revises individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Documents patient care and education per standards.
• Communicates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Acts as preceptor, charge nurse, or unit educator as needed.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to legal/regulatory standards.
