Job summary

Banner Health's Gilbert, AZ campus seeks a Registered Nurse for its Endoscopy department. You will provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with physicians and the care team.

The role is full-time, day shift, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday with weekend/holiday on-call rotations. Banner Gateway Medical Center offers advanced technology and Magnet-recognized nursing excellence.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in AZ or compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in endoscopy preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic surgical/endoscopy setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care within policy.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care per physician orders.
• Document care and communicate status to care teams.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust the plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and care.
