Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy unit. This Full Time Day Shift opportunity offers a fast-paced environment with a mix of inpatient and outpatient cases, supporting endoscopy procedures across multiple rooms.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, high-quality GI care. Growth opportunities include BSN attainment and specialty certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Nursing is required.
• New hires must obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Endoscopy.
• Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Safely administer medications and use equipment per policy.
• Advocate for patients while maintaining safety and respect.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies.
• Supervise delegated tasks and ensure quality care delivery.
• Demonstrate ongoing professional development and teamwork.
