Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Provide care based on physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Delegate and supervise activities of the health care team.
• Communicate status of patients to caregivers clearly and timely.
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records.
