Job summary

BayCare Health System seeks an RN – Endoscopy (Days Pool) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the endoscopy suite at Winter Haven Hospital. You will follow the nursing process and collaborate with the health care team to deliver safe, efficient care.

Minimum 18 months RN experience and 1 year Endoscopy RN experience are required. Shift is 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; on-site, pool status. BayCare offers competitive benefits and career growth within a large health system.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• PALS certification preferred
• 1 year interventional/procedural experience or 6 months RN acute care with competency assessment

Responsibilities

• RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients using nursing process and clinical standards
• RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other health care team members
• RN maintains professional accountability and development per best practice standards
• RN serves as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned
