Job summary

BayCare is hiring a Procedural RN for Endoscopy at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, FL. The role requires a minimum of two years RN experience, with preference for Endoscopy, PACU, or Critical Care backgrounds.

Typical shift is 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with on-call duties and in-person work. The ideal candidate will have BLS and RN licensure, ACLS if required, and nursing education at Associate's or Diploma level, with Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• At least 1 year RN experience in Endoscopy, PACU, or Critical Care preferred.
• Endoscopy RN experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients using nursing process and standards.
• RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other health care team members.
• RN is responsible for professional accountability and development per best practice standards by a national organization.
• RN also serves as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
