Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Milton is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Department. The RN will provide hands-on care throughout the patient journey, collaborating with physicians, CRNAs, and endoscopy technicians to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Requirements include a MA RN license, a minimum of two years’ medical/surgical experience (GI/outpatient preferred), BLS and ACLS, and prior Endoscopy or critical care exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ medical/surgical experience; outpatient and GI nursing preferred.
• Current MA RN license; BLS and ACLS required per American Heart Association.
• Previous Endoscopy or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care across pre-procedure, procedural, and recovery phases.
• Safely assist and transport patients, including those under sedation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure smooth workflows.
• Lead and support an Endoscopy Technician, including delegating tasks as needed.
• Communicate clearly, accept feedback, and contribute to team goals.
