TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy unit. The role involves pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care across five endoscopy rooms in a fast-paced GI setting.

Full Time Day Shift - TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital


Location:

Work Schedule:


  • Full Time Days; 8am - 4:30pm - 4 days/week

  • Rotating call schedule every 9-10 weekends and one day per week


Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN performs comprehensive assessments, develops and updates care plans, administers treatments safely, and evaluates patient outcomes. This role collaborates closely with patients, families, physicians, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal results and a positive care experience. Our Endoscopy unit offers a dynamic mix of inpatient and outpatient cases, providing RNs with the opportunity to build strong clinical versatility. The team operates across five endoscopy procedure rooms, supporting a high volume of both routine and specialized cases. RNs enjoy the chance to work in pre‑procedure, intra‑procedure, and post‑recovery phases, gaining well‑rounded experience across the full continuum of GI care. This is a busy, fast‑paced environment ideal for nurses who thrive on teamwork, efficiency, and professional growth. Job Requirements:


  • Associate's Degree - Nursing (Required)

  • New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. (Required)

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in an Endoscopy setting

  • Registered Nurse licensure (Required)

  • ACLS PALS may be required but is dependent on unit or department Preferred

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

  • Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle

  • Pre-op, recovery and procedure room experience preferred
