Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy unit. The role involves pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care across five endoscopy rooms in a fast-paced GI setting.

We require an Associate's Degree in Nursing with RN licensure; BSN within 5 years is encouraged. 1–2 years of Endoscopy experience is preferred. Full-time days, with rotating call every 9–10 weekends. Competitive benefits and ongoing professional development provided.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Endoscopy.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care based on patient needs.
• Safely administer medications and treatments and operate equipment per policy.
• Advocate for patients while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies appropriately.
• Supervise delegated tasks and ensure quality care delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism through continuing education and teamwork.
