RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy department at the New Brunswick campus. The RN will provide patient care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality endoscopy services.

Requirements include ASN or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred within 5 years), 3–5 years RN critical care experience, 2–3 years in endoscopy, and BLS/ACLS certification with an active New Jersey RN

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma – BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire
• 3–5 years of RN experience in critical care required
• Endoscopy experience – 2–3 years required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards and ensure ethical practice per the ANA code of ethics.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to appropriate team members and collaborate with other patient care providers.
