Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days.
• Strong patient care and coordination skills.
• Experience in nursing leadership or coordination preferred.

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure throughput.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care per policies.
• Lead and mentor staff; support interview and training processes.
• Schedule staff and manage labor according to needs.
