Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Leader (CNC) RN to coordinate patient care and support a high-performing nursing team. You will interact with management to ensure quality outcomes and a patient-first approach throughout the ER.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensed registered nurse credential required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on the designated shift.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care according to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to improve throughput and staffing efficiency.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure productive operation.
