Job summary

Pinnacle GI Partners in Lansing is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient endoscopy center. You’ll provide safe, compassionate patient care throughout the procedural experience, working with highly skilled physicians in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, opportunities for professional growth, competitive pay, 8 paid holidays plus floating holidays, and a strong team culture in state-of-the-art

Qualifications

• Michigan RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Surgical or procedural nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify healthcare needs.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Monitor and care for patients during recovery, including post-anesthesia recovery.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout their care journey.

Pinnacle GI Partners is seeking Registered Nurses to join our growing team at our Lansing Surgery Center facility.

What You'll Do

As a member of our clinical team, you'll play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care throughout the procedural experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and identify healthcare needs
• Develop, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Monitor and care for patients during recovery, including post-anesthesia recovery
• Obtain and review pertinent patient history during the admission process
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout their care journey
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience
