Job summary

Pinnacle GI Partners is seeking Registered Nurses to join our growing teams at our Troy and Macomb, MI surgery centers. Staff is required to travel between center sites depending on scheduling need.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license required.
• Clinical or hospital nursing experience required.
• Surgical/procedural nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify healthcare needs.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor and care for patients during recovery, including post-anesthesia care.
• Obtain and review patient history during admission.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout care journey.

What You'll Do

As a member of our clinical team, you'll play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care throughout the procedural experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and identify healthcare needs
• Develop, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Monitor and care for patients during recovery, including post-anesthesia recovery
• Obtain and review pertinent patient history during the admission process
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout their care journey
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience
