Qualifications

• In Tucson, CNA is required for new hires; existing Tucson incumbents may not transfer without meeting CNA requirement.
• 1 year of medical clerical experience or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication and computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care to promote comfort and contribute to the care plan.
• Collect vital signs, specimens and data, and document in the medical record.
• Perform basic procedures and assist with patient transport and unit operations.
• Handle receptionist/clerical duties to support department flow and communication.
• Maintain patient records, charts and supply levels; assist with ordering supplies and equipment.
