Responsibilities

• Receive and input provider requests accurately to ensure the surgery schedule integrity.
• Communicate scheduling information clearly to perioperative services staff.
• Provide procedure time information to OR Supervisor and team leads.
• Coordinate scheduling with Pre-Anesthesia Screening Services.
• Maintain scheduling boards to keep information up-to-date.
• Adhere to SJRMC’s Service Standards: Safety, Courtesy, Effectiveness, and Stewardship.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
