Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Endoscopy unit at Kings Mills Hospital in Ohio. The role involves delivering high-quality perioperative care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will have an RN license, perioperative experience, and strong organizational skills to support patient care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure is required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.
• Experience in perioperative/endoscopy setting is preferred.
• Two years of RN experience in Critical Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to plan care.
• Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op nursing care.
• Assess patient status and develop care plans to improve outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment throughout the perioperative process.
