Job summary

Massachusetts General Hospital – Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Department seeks an Endoscopy Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) for a full-time 40-hour schedule, Monday through Friday. The CNM leads clinical, operational, financial, and administrative activities, partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Endoscopy RN experience and/or Nursing leadership experience.
• RN license required; ACLS and BLS preferred.
• Fosters safety, quality, and patient- and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Department.
• Direct supervision, coaching, and performance management of nursing and support staff.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development activities.
