Job summary

Hartford HealthCare in Manchester, CT, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator/Asst Nurse Manager Amb to supervise patient care, clinical personnel and unit operations. You will manage resources, payroll, colleague schedules and patient throughput to support the region's goals.

The role requires RN licensure in CT, a BSN (or willingness to obtain within 3 years), and at least 2 years of nursing experience, with strong leadership, communication and Lean/process improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Existing incumbents must obtain BSN within 3 years of March 1, 2024.

Responsibilities
