Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments of patient health from admission to discharge across care continuum.
• Administers medications per licensure, assesses effects, and documents administration per policy.
• Plans care with patient and family using current knowledge and care standards; collaborates with multi-disciplinary team.
