The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for Endoscopy. The role leads a high-volume procedural team, drives staffing and resource optimization, and advances evidence-based nursing practice.

Candidates should have an MSN, at least five years in a Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager role within Procedural/Perioperative settings, and CGRN certification. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Minimum five years as Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager in Procedural/Perioperative settings.
• Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse (CGRN) certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide transformational leadership to the Endoscopy team with a patient-centered focus.
• Oversee staffing plans, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure safe, high-quality care.
