Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed RN with Washington state license.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care as per established philosophy.
• Maintains documentation and compliance with city/state/federal regulations.
• Provides leadership and coordinates patient care.
• Collaborates with staff; maintains relations and training.
• Translates policies to staff, patients, and partners.
• Participates in QA activities and meetings.
• Supervises hiring, orientation, and performance reviews.
• Develops and produces reports and staff schedules.
• Manages purchasing and maintenance of equipment.
• Reviews policies and procedures with the Board.
