Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have High School or GED.
• Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS).
• SGNA certifications: SGNA Advanced Associates Program or SGNA Associates Program is preferred.
• 1-2 years Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have one of the following within 6 months: CRCST, CER, or CFER.

Responsibilities

• Set up procedure rooms in an organized and timely manner.
• Perform cleaning duties necessary for orderly functioning of the procedure rooms and unit.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment.
• Provide direct patient care and assist with endoscopy skills intra-procedurally.
• Assist with patient transport and escort to and from procedure rooms.
