Memorial Health is seeking an Endoscopy Department Manager to oversee daily operations on-site in Illinois. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high quality patient care in collaboration with the Director.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing decisions, and maintaining infection prevention standards, with accountability for performance evaluations and regulatory readiness. Candidates must hold an Illinois RN license (BSN preferred) and have 2+ years in Endoscopy; ACLS

Qualificações

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Illinois.
• BSN or BS in related healthcare field preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages daily Endoscopy operations with staffing, scheduling, quality, and patient care delivery.
• Supervises department staff and serves in director’s absence.
• Assists in budget planning, payroll accuracy, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Plans staff meetings and monitors annual department goals with the Director.
• Coordinates performance evaluations and ensures staff competency and infection prevention standards.
• Addresses physician, staff, and patient issues and oversees HR-related matters.
