Job summary

TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center is seeking an Endoscopy Clinical Nurse Coordinator to influence patient care through collaborative leadership and direct management of nursing services. The CNC will ensure high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit operations across shifts.

The role requires an RN with Endoscopy experience, ACLS/BCLS within set timelines, and a Bachelor's/Associate/Master's degree plus at least one year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Endoscopy experience required
• Master's/Bachelor's/Associate degree required
• ACLS and BCLS required within specified timelines
• At least 1 year of RN experience required

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to create teamwork for improved outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Operationalizes nursing strategies including employee rounds and hourly rounds.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, training and staff development, and performance evaluations.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Supports inventory control and supplies management.
