Job summary
TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient-centered nursing care on the unit. You will collaborate with management, coordinate admissions/discharges, and support staff scheduling and training to drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- RN license required.
- ACLS within 90 days of start date required.
- BLS within 30 days of start date required.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start date required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate admission and discharge to ensure efficient throughput and quality care.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care per policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
- Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
- Assist with staff scheduling and productivity adherence.
- Oversee inventory control and equipment management.
- Mentor staff through training and performance evaluations.
