The CNC collaborates with the management team, supports hiring, staff development, scheduling, and adherence to policies, while promoting a patient-first philosophy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• STABLE within 6 months of employment start date.
• 2 years of Mother Baby RN experience required.
• Management/Charge experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and high-quality care.
• Collaborates with management to monitor quality of patient care in the unit.
• Leads staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
• Provides training and development, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
