TriStar Century Farms ER is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and efficient unit operations across shifts. The CNC will lead nursing care, monitor performance, and serve as a resource to staff while aligning with hospital policies and the organization’s mission.

Qualifikationen

• ER charge experience required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days.
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Assist with admissions and discharges for efficient throughput and high-quality care.
• Monitor and improve quality of patient care in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with experts to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Help implement nursing strategies such as hourly rounds to boost engagement.
