Job summary
KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist II to support OR teams with advanced endoscopic and OR1 integration systems in a hospital setting. You will install, configure, and maintain endoscopic towers, cameras, video routing, and imaging platforms, and provide immediate procedure-room technical support.

Qualifications
- Experience with endoscopic equipment setup and support.
- Experience with OR1 or integrated OR systems.
- Medical device troubleshooting.
- Video and imaging systems setup and routing.
- Basic networking and AV integration.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for endoscopic and OR1 systems in hospital ORs.
- Install, configure, and verify performance of endoscopic towers, cameras, and imaging systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and support urgent cases.
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs within scope.
- Train surgeons, nurses, and biomeds on equipment use and care.
- Document service activities, issues, and resolutions per standards.
- Collaborate with field service, sales, and clinical teams to meet customer needs.
- Adhere to hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Support product evaluations, upgrades, and new system go-lives in the OR.
