Job summary

KARL STORZ Endoscopy - America is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to join our hospital-based service team. In this hands-on, customer-facing role you will support OR, SPD, and BioMed with endoscopic equipment, video towers, and instruments to keep procedures running smoothly.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, troubleshoot in real time, coordinate repairs, and help maintain instrument readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare, sterile processing, or medical device support is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams to ensure seamless surgical operations.
• Set up, inspect, and troubleshoot video towers, camera systems, light sources, and KARL STORZ tech.
• Support surgical procedures by identifying and resolving equipment-related issues in real time.
• Coordinate repairs, exchanges, and service requests while tracking equipment status.
• Transport, inspect, and sterilize instruments to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with hospital staff through excellent service and technical support.
