Job summary

Affinity Dental Management in the Northeast region is seeking an Endodontist to join our established specialty network spanning Connecticut through Western Massachusetts. Build your schedule across locations with clinical autonomy, supported by a growing dentist-led organization.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.
• Active Connecticut and/or Massachusetts dental license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat routine and complex endodontic cases.
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apical procedures, and other endodontic treatments within your scope.
• Utilize advanced technology to support diagnostic accuracy and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists on comprehensive patient care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
• Deliver a comfortable, informative, and patient-centered experience.
