Affinity Dental Management is seeking an Endodontist to join our established specialty network spanning Northeast Hartford County, Connecticut through Western Massachusetts. Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.
• Active Connecticut and/or Massachusetts dental license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.
• Collaborative approach to working with referring providers and specialty teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat routine and complex endodontic cases.
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apical procedures, and other endodontic treatments within your scope.
• Utilize advanced technology to support diagnostic accuracy and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists on comprehensive patient care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
• Deliver a comfortable, informative, and patient-centered experience.
